Table Tennis

Table tennis, also known as ping pong, is a fast-paced indoor sport played by two or four players using small paddles and a lightweight ball. The game is played on a rectangular table divided by a net, and players score points by hitting the ball over the net and into the opponent’s side of the table, with the aim of making it difficult for the opponent to return the ball. Players can execute a variety of strokes and techniques, including spins, smashes, and volleys, to gain an advantage. Table tennis is governed by the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) and includes various formats, such as singles and doubles matches, and is played in professional competitions as well as recreationally. The sport emphasizes agility, precision, and quick reflexes.
